Kevin Wetherell

Real Estate Consultant, Real Estate Valuation, Project Feasibility Consultation, and Conservation Easement Introduction, Negotiation, and Consulting

Kevin provides a range of consulting services to Clearwater Wildland Services’ ranch and recreational landowners. A Montana native, Kevin worked in a large power plant construction project in Colstrip, then was involved in the management of the world’s largest geothermal power project in Northern California. In 1993 he co-founded Clearwater Montana Properties and now has ownership interest and manages their nine company offices.

Kevin has extensive real estate brokerage experience in Montana and is involved in many recreational property and farm/ranch land sales and projects. He provides a range of real estate specific services that enables clients to best understand the valuation effects of proposed property enhancement projects designed  by Clearwater Wildland Services, LLC.  He has worked extensively in advising landowners in meeting their property use and valuation objectives whether it be land enhancement such as pond development, water source development, timber management, planting, as well as donation of conservation easements and conservation minded development. Kevin is experienced and has a very creative way of thinking with regard to sensibly maximizing land value and personal use objectives. Kevin has received additional real estate brokerage credentials having completed his accreditation for the Council of Real Estate Brokerage Managers, Graduate of Realtors Institute, and the Worldwide Recreation and Resort Specialist designation.

Kevin enjoys hunting, fishing, snowmobiling and downhill skiing and other outdoor recreational opportunities.
