CWS can assist clients in reviewing a property's suitablity for placement of a conservation easement. CWS ecologists and GIS analysts can also prepare baseline documentation reports and maps required for implementation of conservation easements that meet the needs of both the landowner and the organizations or land trusts conveying the easement. CWS can also work with the landowner throughout the easement process to ensure that their objectives are appropriateley incorporated into the easement language.
