In addition to being avid hunters, anglers, and outdoor enthusiasts, CWS wildlife biologists have over 100 years of combined professional experience in the management of wildlife habitat and populations.  This experience spans all types of ecosystems and wildlife.  Our 5 biologists include 3 Certified Wildlife Biologists.

Past positions have included consulting work with private landowners, positions with agencies and forest industry, research and teaching positions in academia, experience in international wildlife management, and work with non-profit groups.   Our Professional Forester has 20 years experience in forest management.  Our Range Conservationist has over 5 years of experience working in Wyoming and Montana.  Our GIS Specialist has 5 years experience making maps and working with large data sets. CWS has 2 Certified Pesticide Applicators with experience in a variety of ecosystems and locations.  This diverse experience provides CWS with a unique breadth of expertise and capabilities.
