CWS is a participating company with Cabela’s Trophy Properties Habitat Services.  Cabela’s is an internationally recognized and respected company that prides itself on customer service and satisfaction.  Their Habitat Service participants are expected to adhere to Cabela’s standards.  Cabela’s defines a “trophy property” as one that offers a special experience, lasting memories, and traditions. 

Participating brokers will not sell to buyers who intend to convert wild or working lands into subdivisions or other developments, nor will they advertise a property that would result in a change to public access for that property.  They also encourage landowners to investigate conservation easements and other ways to maintain wild and working lands into the future.  In these ways, Cabela’s is a leader in the recreational real estate business.  While new, their Habitat Services program is also committed to supporting high quality service and professionalism to its customers.
